Nearly three decades in program and infrastructure management — most recently at AWS — taught me the biggest problems are rarely about technology. They're about process that never had room to grow. When I stepped away, I kept noticing the same gap in smaller, growing businesses: real talent and effort buried under manual work and processes that quietly stopped scaling. I started Datta Driven to bring that same discipline to organizations at a scale that actually fits them.
